These individuals and entities, or Affiliates, will receive commission for each qualified referral that results in a completed transaction. The criteria to earn Affiliate commission from incorporate.com is outlined in the Affiliate Agreement. How does the incorporate.com Affiliate Program work? An individual or entity can request to join the incorporate.com Affiliate Program in three steps. To begin, the interested party must review and accept the terms of the incorporate.com Affiliate Agreement. After the individual or entity has reviewed and accepted the terms of the Affiliate Agreement, the interested party must complete and submit the Affiliate Registration Enrollment Form. The incorporate.com team will evaluate the submission and send a notification of acceptance or rejection to the email listed on the enrollment form. At any point in time, incorporate.com, in its sole discretion, may accept or decline an Affiliate request or relationship with or without reason. incorporate.com will provide marketing materials to Affiliates to advertise or promote services to potential referrals. It is important to note that incorporate.com does not pay Affiliates to advertise or promote products or services to potential referrals. Affiliates are eligible to receive commissions on qualified referrals that result in a completed company formation and Registered Agent Service transaction. Referred transactions are subject to an audit process, and approved referrals will proceed a commission.
